I was trying to book a PCR test via the government/NHS site. I needed to enter a code they would send me via email. Guess what - the email was never received in my btinternet mailbox. Eventually I had to use a google account - which received the email in seconds.
Any idea why this would be blocked?
I have checked all my settings and can see no reason why it would not be delivered.

I'm sorry you never received the PIN to your mailbox when trying to arrange a PCR test. Can you let me know roughly when it was you requested it? We'll check it out. Please send me a private message with your email address too.
