Need a bit of help.
No matter what I do I can not log in to BT WiFi hot spots whilst out and about. It won't accept the login details.
I have reset my password but still no joy. I have found similar threads with the same issue but no definitive answer. I have logged in to MyBT and looks at extras but when I click on that option it states there is a problem with the website?
Completely stuck!

As I have said already. Non of that works. It just rejects the username or password even though I know it's right. I have changed the password just to be sure.
As I saw in a previous post someone said you have to select the option on "MyBT" under extras. However when you click on this it states there is a page error and BT are looking into it. Been like that for ages!
I can log into MyBT ok and home wifi is fine. Just the hotspots I can't access.
Is your user name the main BT email address of the BT Broadband account holder and is it the BT Broadband account holder's BTID ?
It is yes. I am not aware of me having any other usernames?
It seems odd that when I try and click on the hotspot part of my extras it gives me an error message and BT are looking into it. They obviously are not as it's been like that for ages.
Unless someone from BT takes a look I don't see how I can sort it.
Similar problem. I have WiFi hotspot login enabled but when I go for a walk I loose connection when I go past a property with a hotspot. The phone thinks 'I can use the hotspot instead of mobile data' so it stops the mobile connection, but fails to link to the WiFi. So my streaming stops till I get out of range of the hotspot. Connecting SHOULD be automatic and seamless.
Have you opted out of BT Wi-Fi i.e. disabled it on your own router?
How would I check that?
BTWi-fi and BTWifi-X are listed in my WiFi list. In my time, I have logged in to BTWi-fi
Mine does show BtWifi and BtWifi-X in the list.
