WiFi disc
I have Fibre 250 with Halo 1 router with 1 Wi-Fi disc. If my printer is connected via the disc and my laptop/ phone is connected via the hub they will not communicate and I get an error to check that they are both on the same network. I have the same SSID throughout.
Can anyone please offer any advice.

Rebooting the hub/router usually sorts out problems like this.

- No Halo 1 experience but sounds like a firmware problem. My Smart Hub 2 used to do similar 2-3 times a week until I turned smart setup off. Stable now.

Thanks again. I had similar problems until I switched off the 5g then all seemed ok. The problem does seem to have started again since I added the wi-fi disc.
