Brought some WiFi smart plugs they won't connect to my bt WiFi the manual says need to use 2.4ghz WiFi mine is,2.4 and 5ghz any way to fix this

Make sure you turn off "smart setup" on the BT Hub. See link how to do that.http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/44328/~/what-is-smart-setup-on-the-bt-hub%3F-how-can-...If that doesn't help turn off the 5Ghz and make your connection then turn the 5Ghz back on.
