So my bt hub has blue lights on and it won’t connect to anything!! I have done all the resets but still nothing can anyone help

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you're having problems with your connection.
What devices are you using to connect to your hub and does the issue occur on all of those devices? What error message to you get?
Can you check if you can access your hub manager?
And if so what does is show under Broadband connection status?

It says that the connection stays is connected but it still won’t connect to anything in the house weather it is a phone tv or camera @PaddyB

I tried that link and followed the instructions but no option on smart set up on my page! @licquorice
I logged into that link they gave and I don’t have the option of smart set up
