I am a customer since September 2020. This year, I moved to a new house and I asked my broadband to be moved to my new address.
It seems that something went wrong and the flat number is missing. Therefore I have not received the BT Halo which was sent last Tuesday.
Is it possible someone to add into the system my flat’s number?

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
You would be better to call 0800 800 150 and see if they can help.
