<p>All files will be deleted once BT Cloud is closed. If you want to keep your files, make sure to <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">download them before 31 October 2024</a>.
My bt account is saying that xbox game pass has been renewed however Microsoft are adamant that it hasn't and have cancelled it.bt support insist it's been paid Microsoft insist it hasn't.any advice please
