My You view box has lost internet connection. I have followed the advice for the fault code. Switched the box off. Unplugged the box. Disconnected the ethernet cable and reconnected but nothing works. Any advice how to rectify the issue please?
You would be best to ring BT on 0800 800 150, as you may have a faulty box. Provided you are still in a BT TV contract, they will replace it for free.

Thanks. I have just realised there is no power light on one of the Broadband Extender Flex plugs. I am not confused as I have visited the BT shop in order to purchase a new plug but they don't appear to have a socket built into them now. Do you know how the new ones work?
If you have BT TV, then BT will supply a couple of mini connectors for a heavily discounted price (£20?), if you ring them.
