In the few months of owning the box I was told that it can record 2 programs at the same time, I have only been recording one at a time and the programs follow on from each other so even if they start recording a couple of minutes before program starts and there is an overlay they would only be recording 2 for a couple of minutes but I have found that the box will constantly fail recording for what seems to be no reason what so ever, im not watching the box when it records it just wants to not do it but it will record the program either side of it that is meant to record
