Hi
Having recently reporting a fault . I was told I was due an upgrade , so a new smart hub 2 (instead of the old hub and modem) was sent out first to see if that was the problem , it wasn't , and so an engineer was sent out , found a fault and replaced the cable to the house. all fine , no loss of connection since, but the speeds aren't as should be .
this is what I'm supposed to have .
I'm thinking it may be reduced because of the previous fault.( banded profile?)
I was told it may fluctuate for a week or 2 till it stabilised . but its been rock solid at the same speeds

Thanks ,Dean
from your stats you have a 34.8mb connection on an attainable line of 35.6mb so almost at max with noise margin about normal at 6db. you are not in a banded profile
enter your phone number and post results delete number but leave exchange and cab
