FTTP delayed

Hi can anyone help me please?  I placed the FTTP order on 19 May  and got connection date was on 2nd of June but  not connected yet. As I talked with BT, on 0800 800 150, they only keep saying 'we are looking into it'?  Why taking so long when there's FTTP available in my address?
