bt smart hub 2 some devices have no internet

I have BT Smart hub 2 with 2 x extender disks all works great apart from 2 samsung phones and a samsung tablet connect to wifi but show as no internet connection

if they connect to the btwifi ssid then they work fine its only the secure SSID thats not playing

my Samsung S9 is also working fine

any idea's?

Hi @CedricTheBrave, welcome back and, sorry you are having trouble with some devices connecting to your hub.

Have you tried switching off Smart Set Up and see if that helps?
