hi im looking for advice.. on my bt app it says my smart hub is connected to broadband but my disc says not connected? but the light on my disc is. orange?
Hi @harris1992 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. The orange light means that your disc is too far away from the Hub. Try changing the position of the disc so it's closer to the Hub, or to another disc if you have one and let me know if that helps?
