my speeds at the moment for what im paying for are just dreadful and so is my ping. i remember the first month of getting my internet my speeds were great and my ping was usually below 10 but now my ping is lowest about 25 and download and upload are poor as well. please help me
Hi @rmtom sorry that you are having a problem with your broadband speeds and ping. If you are on fibre then Fastpath is automatic.
As your connection speeds have lowered please would you check the Broadband Availability Checker and post your result (please remove your phone number before posting.
Also, can you carry out a Quiet Line Test and post your Hub Stats.
