I'm completely confused. Being moved to fibre and new Hub was shown as an "order". I didn't order it, but I figured out what they were doing. Last week the new Hub 2 came, and I set it up and returned the old Hub to BT. But then today another box came from BT which looked exactly like the Hub 2 box. I refused the package thinking it had to be a mistake. So I looked on my BT account, and it shows another order on June 23 (which I didn't make) "for Hub 2". Was this indeed a mistake, or was it another part of the new equipment, and why can't they make things clear what they are doing?
