parental controls stuck on

My BT parental controls are stuck on despite social media being checked ‘off ‘ in all areas and ‘ light ‘ wifi restrictions -HELP!

I had the same problem a while ago, a moderator was able to arrange a resolution to this issue. There is nothing you can do yourself to resolve this.

I don't know how you 'summon' a moderator though - hopefully a helpful mod is watching

I'm sorry for the problems you're having with Parental Controls.  The Community isn't going to be able to help with this.  We'll need to pick this up and give you a hand from here.
