Hi guys, I'm hoping that one of you might know the answer to this 🙂
I'm looking to upgrade my SIM only plan to the 24 month 20GB data plan (see screenshot). When I go through the process I get two options (see other screenshot):
I chose existing SIM and 24month version of that deal wasn't available in the list of options it gave me, only the 12 month version.
I basically want to be sure that if I choose the "Keep my SIM & upgrade" version that my phone number won't have to change.
Can anyone explain the difference to me please?
Hi @NC91, welcome to the forum and sorry for the confusion with the online order journey. You would be best to call 0800 800 150 and speak with our BT Mobile team and they'll be able to sort this for you and explain the difference.
