I'm sorry you're having problems reporting phishing. I've tested the email [email protected] and it is working. Can you try a different browser?

I use Mozilla Thunderbirds as my email client.
I have now deleted the spam email.
Always been OK until this morning.

Appears to be working OK
Send a test email to [email protected] from my main account, which worked OK.
Also fowarded a test email to [email protected] which had orginated from my partners account. That worked OK.
The orginal phishing email was sent to an alias/secondary BT account, that was the one that failled twice this morning when forwarded. Forwarded another test using that account, and it has worked OK as well..
The orginal error message was:-
