Anyone know how to undo separate bands? The separate bands box has now disappeared. 'reset to recommended' does not effect the bands, and I've tried a factory reset to the point of needing to re-sign in with broadband username.

Factory reset the hub by pressing the recessed button with a pin for about 20 seconds until the lights flash
