would like to upgrade to faster broadband and switch my home phone to bt.but everytime i try online it says there are currently no personalised offers available and if i try as a new customer as i am currently out of contract it says digital voice not available.
i have tried to ring customer services but there is currently very long waits and the online chat just says its going to connect me to a advisor but i gave up waiting after 30 minutes.

this is the result from the broadband checker and when I enter my address on the bt website it claims that I can get fibre 1.
under my account settings with bt it says I am eligible for an upgrade from my current broadband unlimited service but when I click on upgrade it goes to there are currently no personalised offers currently available and if I try to do it as a new customer it goes through the complete order stage and then says digital voice not available.
tried ringing customer service number but a recorded message says there are currently long waits in excess of 45 minutes and the virtual assistant just leaves me waiting for a long time.
