Im using a tp link vr400.
Does Openreach support BitSwap, could it be best to leave it off? might cause a conflict between dlm and router bitswap?

Bit swap is required, by SRA (Seamless Rate Adaption) should not be enabled, if you are given that option.
Bit swap is needed to allow unusable tome frequencies to be swapped out, if there is interference.
