i have a white disc with the light stuck on purple, i have tried rebooting/restting the disc whilst connected to the hub but the disc does not reset, any ideas?
Hi @darrengentle23 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry about the problems with your Whole home wifi disc. Are the other discs ok and have you tried pushing the factory reset button with a pin?

Yes, followed all the guidance about resetting but the disc remains purple.

Hi @darrengentle23, If the normal reset process isn't working you might have a faulty disc, was it bought separately from the others? The Whole home wifi team will be able to give you a definitive answer and I'd recommend getting in touch.
