Hello everyone,
I was just wandering because we need wifi in a shed in my garden what would be the best way to extend my wifi to the shed.
I have the bt smart hub 6 btw
I was thinking of buying another router and using the WDS bridging on that to extend the wifi if possible
Bear in mind any wifi solution will be a compromise, you will need to site the repeater at a sub-optimal location for either receiving the signal from the hub or the final device and it will also halve the speed. If the shed has mains that is fed from the same consumer unit as the hub, powerline extenders would be the simplest option. Have a look at the TP Link range here
