Hi there, i got a bt smart hub 2 this week and it started running today, I have wired my xbox into it via an ethernet cable however it connects for a couple of seconds then drops out and repeats this, any solutions?
I've done this and it's still doing the same thing
Check all cables and connections.
If other devices are working OK at the same time as the xbox fails then it could be the ethernet cable.
Check My Network (hub manager->Advanced Settings) for the IP address of the xbox then check the event log for connections / disconnections to that address
