Advanced digital phones

I have BT Advanced Digital Phone with three handsets. One of the handsets suddenly can receive calls but the screen is white with no caller information. None of the buttons work so unable to access menus etc. Hub is charging and batteries are ok. Can anyone offer advice please. Thank you.

Deregister it using one of the other handsets. Then factory reset it by using a good handset to guide you through the key sequence on the duff one.
