Advanced phone Z answer machine

Messages on my answer machine when played back announce the wrong day and date, they are wrong by 1 day and give the day  of the week and date of 1 day before the message was actually left on the phone. When I view  "calls" on the handset display it gives the correct details. The settings make no provision for selecting the day of the week when setting the time, only the date and the year can be entered.  Anybody know how to fix this?

Welcome to the BT Community

With the day of the week it takes it from the year and date setting, with it being one behind the year is definitely not set to 2025 is it? 

If you have not already may be worth unplugging it for a couple of minutes and seeing if that helps. Failing that you could reset the base and handset settings to see if that fixes it for you.

Many thanks for the suggestions but checking that I had the correct year in settings was the first thing I did! I have also tried the old trick of disconnecting the device and reconnecting it - no luck.
