When we had an electrical storm that hit all our devices - I had to order a new handsets.
1. I have had this model for years! Call guardian is brilliant.
2. New handset arrived and it had a fault and was replaced on 2 Jan 2023.
3. This one I have order ref: is now having an intermittent annoying issue. I can make a call and maybe want to make another a few minutes later and it tells me it is searching for the base. The other phone is upstairs on its base - I am stood in front of the base. So I have to wait until it will allow me to do the call.
What baffles me is my original handsets were still working and so reliable.
This morning I phoned the number on the Handset box. selected the help section and waited until I was next in queue. Then my turn - nothing - could hear whistling in background - waited 5 mins. So rang off and tried again - I was told I was through to the wrong dept and given a number - that one was thinking I needed my landline checked.
So here I am - can anyone advice?
