BT Business SmartHub 2

Hi, I have a SmartHub2 for Business which I have just turned into a Modem by following the instructions to enable Bridge Mode. 

I found out online a username: bthomehub@btbroadband.com to connect with my Synology Router via PPOE, I tried the auto-ip originally and this did not allow me to connect at all. 

 

With the above login I was able to connect and get access to the internet. My issue now is that I am not getting assigned my static IP. Is there a specific login for each account which will provide the correct IP details for the account? If so how do I obtain those?

Business accounts have their own individual logins, which you should have been supplied with when you started your contract.
