BT Decor 2600

My BT Decor 2600 is not recognising any callers’ numbers. Every call is coming through as Announced, including those on my Allowed list, and comes up as ‘No number’ on the display. I have tried deleting and re-entering numbers on the Allowed list but this hasn’t worked. 
Grateful for any suggestions.

try phoning CS 03301234150 as it appears your caller ID is not working maybe turned off

Many thanks for your tip. Caller ID was showing as on, but BT reset it and it is works😊
