BT HD Voice phone not connecting to internet when used with BT hub 2.
Phone pairs with hub but sees no internet connection, internet is working on computer
Why is this

What internet connection on the phone did you expect to see? Presumably after pairing with the hub, the phone can make and receive calls?
You clearly can't access the web on a home phone like you can on a mobile phone.
ok we have he a BT Business smart hub 2, and a yealink W73P deck phone that is working ok . but wanted to add more phones so we got 4 BT HD voice Advanced Digital Home phones . the problem is BT HD voice Advanced Digital Home phones will register with the hub and then the phone screen changes to a message saying Unable to make or receive calls , if you press the help Butten the message is saying No internet connection is available.
so what are we doing wrong ????
This is a residential customer forum so the BT Business forum is probably a better place for your questions but I suspect you are trying to use incompatible handsets, designed for the residential DV service not what presumably you have , BT cloud voice express
