Hi, i recently purchased the Premium mesh to replace the Mercusys Wifi 6 that i had. I've connected it all up to my EE Smart Hub Plus wifi 6 hub and I cant get the mesh to push out 802.11ax, only wifi 5 802.11ac on my wifi 6 compatible devises.
Anyone else have this issue or a fix?

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
but my question is in regards to the BT Mesh not running the Wifi 6 protocol, not my EE hub
You would need to ask the BT product support helpdesk for that product.
I assume its the BT Whole Home product?
It would be best to give the WHW product helpdesk a call on 0808 100 6116 ( Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm and Sat 9am to 2pm) or drop them an email to: btconnectedhome@bt.com and they'll be happy to help.
I will move this thread to the BT Devices board, as this is supposed to be monitored by the product support group.
