BT Smart Controls App – Smart Baby Monitor Camera showing off line – Thursday 25th November 2021

Hi,

A number of users of the BT Smart Baby Monitor have been reporting their CAMERA IS OFF LINE and are not able to view live video feed via the BT Smart Controls App.

The fault causing this has been identified and a fix is being worked on and will be deployed in due course.

Hi there,

 

Did this get fixed by any chance?


The camera unit still turns off on our baby camera overnight. Then the monitor emits a loud beeping sound. To remedy this I’ve turned the monitor off.

 

We have the apps on our iPhones and they also says that the camera is offline.
