Hi everyone,
My BT Smart Hub 2 has just stopped working completely and is making a regular low volume, high pitched squeezing / bleeping noise. The hub doesn't light up anymore and holding reset for a whole minute doesn't change anything.
When I unplug it, the bleeping stops. I have tried it in multiple plug sockets all with the same effect.
It looks like it has died. Any help?
Probably the power unit, as those types of switched mode units often fail.
If you are still in a contract, ask BT to send a replacement.
Then phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and ask for replacement
