From the start, using the TV box pro I would get a black screen and no sound, intermittently. I reported it to customer services who sent and engineer. He said it was caused by too strong a signal. I was getting 100% signal strength and quality. A signal reducer was fitted inline to my aerial which stopped the black screen but caused breakup of the picture and sound, again intermittently. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what happened in your case?
If he's fitted an attenuator, it should be adjustable so might just need tweaking until you get the levels right
Thanks for the reply. The one fitted to my aerial cable isn't adjustable. My TV shows no sign of any problem with reception using the same aerial without attenuation. Why should the Pro be any different especially as it can split the signal up for four recordings and one watched channel?
