I have just noticed that of all the devices shown on my Hub, just one of them is not showing any data usage in the Hub Manager.
I have just connected an (over two years) old Lenovo android tablet to my new Hub. It is out-of-contract and no longer has a mobile network service, only WiFi. It connected fine, but even after updating 20 apps using Google Play and then running a couple of speed tests the Hub Manager is still showing 0.0MB / 0.0MB.
Any thoughts, please?
there are numerous similar posts on the forum about the SH2 not reporting connections or not showing data or incorrect information and it is a well known fault of the SH2. It is not your SH2 that is a problem it is just the SH2
The SH2 device list is about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike.
