I've got 3 BT Whole Wifi discs on firmware v1.02.05 build01 and I'm trying to upgrade their firmware but I'm getting this from the web interface upgrade:
You already have the latest version of firmware.
With this in the logs:
26.01.2022 23:35:16 HTTP-Can't connect to BT auto upgrade server.
I've tried
1. Entering the DNS of 8.8.8.8.
2. Rebooting all the discs
3. Tried updating with just 1 disc connected
4. Factory reset them
5. Tried setting them up with a different disc as the primary
When using the app on my iphone, it comes up with a message saying Essential update needed. Please select Update Firmware and follow the instructions.
Current firmware:
Latest firmware:
So it doesn't display any firmware versions. Click update firmware and I get the error:
We've been unable to complete the firmware update from the app.
Error code: FW-001.
with this error in the disc logs:
26.01.2022 23:44:06 APP-Failed to check FW upgrade by 192.168.1.103
Any ideas how I can sort this?
Thanks in advance
