BT Whole home hub 8 discs

Is it possible to add 8 discs to BT whole home mesh, or can you create two meshes.

The app tells me you can only add 6 devices but I have seen elsewhere that the max is 8?

Yes it is weird it says 8 but the app says 6 is there way around that. Am I missing something.
