Awaiting new phones and router hub, which have not arrived. The Outreach engineer is currently outside doing the cable work and new into house feed. Where is the equipment please?
@MGR I'm really sorry your equipment hasn't arrived, as @rbz5416 mentioned it may have been delayed due to the Royal Mail strikes. You should have an email letting you know when the equipment was dispatched with a tracking link so you can check for updates.
