Awaiting new phones and router hub, which have not arrived. The Outreach engineer is currently outside doing the cable work and new into house feed. Where is the equipment please?
Probably delayed by Royal Mail strikes & BT failing to plan for them.
@MGR I'm really sorry your equipment hasn't arrived, as @Anonymous mentioned it may have been delayed due to the Royal Mail strikes. You should have an email letting you know when the equipment was dispatched with a tracking link so you can check for updates.
