BT smart baby monitor has no sound

I can’t believe we have been using our baby monitor for 1 week and now it has no sound through the parent unit. £150 for something that’s worked 1 week is not on. How do I get this resolved?

Have a look at Baby Monitor user guides and select the model of your monitor. The product helpdesk information will be available on the page and please get in touch with them.
