After using the BT6610 for 1 year, I have a situation whereby whenever there is an incoming phone call, my (both) handsets do not ring at all.
The Base Station keeps on lighting up the following lights:
Blue LED (Blink below) + Answer On + Play
Please note I have even done the reset, deregister, re-register, without any luck.
But interesting enough, i am able to make external calls through the handsets.
Please advise troubleshooting procedure.
Thank you.

Re: BT6610 Nuisance Call Blocker
Hi @ramelec
Welcome to the community.
Could you try unplugging the phone for a minute or so, and restart your router please? Give that a try and let us know if it's any better.

Re: BT6610 Nuisance Call Blocker
Is it all calls, or are they calls that you've blocked or declined, @ramelec? If a call has previously been rejected and added to the block list. If they call again, the call phone would go through, but it would ring silently.
You can check the block list in the Call Control menu of the phone.

Re: BT6610 Nuisance Call Blocker
Shot in the dark, since you've done all of the resets and everything, @ramelec:
If you hold the * key for 2 seconds, it should indicate whether the ringer is on or off. Does that fix it? *fingers crossed*

@ramelec With the reset it should not be active, but its worth checking Do not disturb is not set to on your phone, on the phone itself go to Menu> Call Control> Incoming calls> Do not disturb> Off
Outside of that though with the steps and checks you have already ran, it may be a fault with the line, one of our guides may need to take a look. You can text HELP to 61998 from your mobile and follow the steps in the text and that will run an automated check on your line for any faults.
If the automated fault service is unable to resolve or find an issue one of our guides will call you back within 30 minutes to complete some further checks to help get this resolved.
