My monitor unit stopped working and won’t turn on. The parent unit is fine but can not connect. When pressing the power button the stars at the top turn on for a second then turns off, and no connection.
Hi @emily5 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your Baby monitor. Have you tried a reset to see if that helps?
Resetting either units means they’ll return to the settings they came with.
1. Make sure the unit you're resetting is switched on.
2. Parent unit – hold down for 10 seconds or until the Parent unit displays the word Reset.
3. Baby unit – hold down for 10 seconds or until the link light flashes, nightlight illuminates and you hear
a confirmation beep.
