Hi I bought the 6800 monitor only 1 year ago from Amazon and suddenly it won’t work unless plugged in. The parent unit used to hold charge for a couple of hours but now despite charging all night when you unplug it, it’s got a tiny / critical level charge.
the sound has also been temperamental since this fault occurred. For a couple of days it didn’t make any sound even when on full volume.
I’ve tried the BT trouble shoot things but the only relevant options just say “contact us” which then takes me to a useless page with no options for BT devices, it’s all about broadband etc and you have to have a BT account to contact but I’m not a customer!
