Blocked access pin on bt6500

Hi... newby here... does anyone know how to access your access pin on your fone?... we barely use our house fone we only have the line really for our internet but for some weeks now weve been getting calls from an old lady... weve actually managed to track down her family to tell them she regularly  calls us and they said they'd sort it out... they haven't... now I see on my model of fone I can block numbers but I need a pin to access this & if tried 0000 & 1234 but neither worked.... if also rest fone & took batteries out " nae luck" there either.... Anyone??? Tia 🤗

Hi, @Ivanna welcome to the community and thanks for posting, the call blocking pin is set by the customer when using the call blocker facility for the first time. If it's been forgotten you'll, unfortunately, need to do a factory reset on the handset and base. Page 60 on the user guide explains what you need to do.
