Can’t access SH2 admin page : safari / chrome / opera all show blank page

Hi All,

The problems just keep on coming.

Now I can’t access the SH2 login page at .254 as safari / chrome / opera all show a blank page? 🤷‍♂️

This router is going to go out the window pretty soon 🤬

Switch the router off and leave it off for a minute or so and try again. If that doesn't sort it then there is a factory reset button at the rear

Nope no change at all , it was fine yesterday , its all very weird.

Try clearing cookies from your browser or using another machine if you have one

Tried all of that , its as if the router is blocking my Mac address

You mention Safari so I'm guessing it's an Apple device, try disabling Private MAC Address in settings

SOLVED !!

After much messing about my 16 year old son told me to uninstall Sophos AV Home , and bingo , webpages back up again. 😛

I knew I kept him around for something LOL
