Hi All,
I have a hybrid connect - which up until recently was connected - admittedly displaying one bar where it was located (for tidiness) - but could get two if I moved it closer to the window about 2 feet away.
I noticed yesterday that it is now not displaying any bars whatsoever - neither blue nor red - regardless of where I move it to.
The hybrid connect page on the HH page shows 1 bar and a ready status. I have powered it off/on, and carried out a reset - but still no bars on the HC unit.
If the signal is weak should it not at least show 1 bar - my concern being there are none shown whatsoever which is obviously causing 'trust issues'?

Online chat with BT - new Hybrid Connect box duly dispatched and received...all working as advertised.
