I’m a bit of a tech novice but we are really struggling with the connection on our whole home discs lately.
We have fairly thick walls and are not getting very good signal on 2 of our additional discs.
We do have some internet ports in various rooms in the house that were put in by the previous owner. So I’m wondering if I could connect the 2nd/3rd disc to these ports via Ethernet, back to the main router ? Or is it only the first disc that can be connected via Ethernet?
That's one of those yes and no questions depending on what version of Whole home discs you have (Whole Home, Mini Whole Home or Premium Wholehome). Hopefully this will answer your questions.

Thanks.
So we have the whole home discs (4 pack).
The wifi on my sky router is switched off so will it work ok?
I assume if I plugging in via Ethernet it will take the signal direct from the router so wifi is not needed ? Is that right? (I’m clearly not very good with this so I hope that makes sense)
Yes that is correct.
You can connect 2 discs to the router as long as they are not Premium discs.
Yes the WiFi on your Sky router should be switched off
