Compatibility

My MIL has difficulty hearing through her BT graphite phone so have tried x3 other phones ( including one from next door) and none of them work in her house when plugged into the wall socket they all show line fault.  When we then plug her old phone in it works immediately.  The BB connected to the phone line is fine and when checked by Talk Talk they say that there is no fault on the line?

any suggestions what could be the fault? We have tried all different combos of leads/ wall sockets and even removed the external face of the master socket and plugged straight in with no joy.

Re: Compatibility

Are you using the cable from the Graphite phone with the replacements? If so, you need to use the cable supplied with each phone, as they're not necessarily interchangeable.

Re: Compatibility

It’s more of a new phone connecting rather than a supplier issue I have spread my net far and wide to try to find a solution.
