Could someone help to describe how to delete event log in a BT smart hub 2 as there is no option in the menu. I tried factory reset but it does not work. thank you

A full factory reset using the recessed button will clear the log, but why do you want to clear it anyway?

Thanks for posting about the hub. @licquorice is correct. Just press the recessed button to reset the hub. Do you need a returns bag to send it back?
