I returned a BT hub on 9th Feb 24 using the bag provided and I still have the proof of posting receipt.
My bill keeps showing this as outstanding and at some stage I'm going to get charged.
I've tried phoning but none of the options given cover this problem.
How can I best contact them and send a photo of my proof? Is there an email address?

If you call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
